We accept returns with convenient pickup service. Our rider will collect from your address within the same day or next day.
To process a return, simply record a 5-second video or take photos showing the product, box, and all packaging materials in a single frame.
Returns are accepted if the product is damaged or doesn't match the color or variant specified in your order.
If you wish to return your order and receive a refund, you may do so.
We will inspect the returned parcel and verify the product condition upon receipt. If everything is in order and the product is in brand new condition,
your payment will be refunded within one business day of receiving your parcel.
